Real Time Intelligence has opened an office in Kiev, Ukraine. The office was opened to extend the capabilities of the corporate staff located in Cleveland, Ohio to handle the growth in new business generated by the Cleveland and Phoenix offices. The office will house up to 25 developers and will expand the resource pool on RTI's RFID, web design and development, and database divisions. The office will be run by Sr. Manager Timur Shemsedinov.
